Trattoria e Dolci | Solaire Resort North

Tried out Rossa Pizza and overall it was a really solid experience. The place focuses on clean flavors and good ingredients, and for the most part, they deliver. Here’s a quick breakdown of what stood out:

The Food

Rossa Pizza

Rossa Pizza

4.55

This is easily the highlight. The flavor leans salty and acidic in a good way, and it just works. The acidity keeps it from getting too heavy, so you can keep eating without it feeling overwhelming. You can tell the ingredients are high quality and fresh, and everything is executed properly. Crust, sauce, cheese, all on point. No gimmicks, just really good pizza done right.

Casarecce Con Salsiccia

This one was decent but didn’t hit the same level. It’s bright and slightly acidic, which makes it easy to eat, but it lacks depth. The sausage doesn’t bring enough spice or richness, so the dish ends up feeling a bit flat. Not bad at all, just not that memorable. Feels like it needs one more layer of flavor to really stand out.

Tiramisu

Tiramisu

4.10

Good dessert overall. It’s sweet, creamy, and balanced, so it’s easy to enjoy. It leans more chocolatey than coffee-heavy, which makes it less traditional. Still, it works as a dessert and is satisfying, but if you’re expecting a classic tiramisu profile, this isn’t quite that.

Final Thoughts

Service was fast and smooth. Staff were polite and everything came out without any issues. No complaints here. Overall, Rossa Pizza does the basics really well, especially when it comes to their pizza. Not everything on the menu fully hits, but the quality is there and it shows. Definitely a place I’d come back to, especially for the pizza.
